"I did my research and these tick all my boxes."
While no individual food or supplement is ever a quick fix for fertility, experts say the right nutrients can play a beneficial role throughout the process of conception, and beyond.
For example, CoQ10 may improve egg quality. Inositol has been shown to increase conception rates, while choline can help support progesterone levels. Essential fatty acids may aid fertility by reducing inflammation, boosting ovulation and positively affecting the growth of immature eggs in the ovaries.
It would be great if our diets provided a reliable supply of these key fertility nutrients each day. But hectic lifestyles mean we might not always get exactly what we need.
Inessa’s fertility bundle contains both our award-winning Pregnancy Multinutrient and our best-selling Advanced Omega 3.
That’s 26 preconception-must haves. In 1 fertility bundle. For 0 nutritional gaps in your diet.
Highly bioavailable and safely formulated, the best time to take them may be sooner than you’d expect. Whether you’re thinking, planning or trying for a baby, each egg is developed 90 days before it is released. Supplementing with an award-winning fertility bundle like Inessa’s at least three months prior to conception helps you lay some great foundations.
Trying to conceive can be stressful. But with Inessa’s fertility bundle, at least you know you’re giving your body the best start.
What’s in Inessa’s fertility bundle?
We've combined key fertility-supporting vitamins and minerals with essential fatty acids, to prep your body for the path to pregnancy.
Pregnancy Multinutrient
With UK-government recommended iron and folic acid plus CoQ10 for egg quality, inositol to increase conception rates, and choline for the maintenance of progesterone levels, Inessa’s Pregnancy Multinutrient makes the perfect preparation for a healthy pregnancy.
Omega 3
Give your body the best building blocks to make, and then grow, a baby. Essential fatty acids are the building blocks of the hormones necessary for conception, and may play a part in reducing inflammation in a way that positively affects oocytes (immature eggs).

“I have tried several products from Inessa. As the brand has been created by a fellow Nutritional Therapist the formulations are spot on. I specialise in Fertility and at the Fertility Nutrition Centre we come across lots of supplements, first and foremost we recommend a healthy balanced diet but sometimes people need to supplement and it is important to have a high quality, relevant dose vitamin which don’t contain unnecessary fillers. Aliza Marogy has created an exceptional range which can be used in clinic and bought direct by individuals.”

“It’s so rare to find a supplement that ticks all the boxes when it comes to quantity (dosage) and quality of ingredients for pregnancy’s nutrition needs. So, I’m always very happy to recommend Inessa’s Pregnancy Multinutrients to all my pregnant clients. I particularly like that Inessa contains choline, a nutrient which is just as important as folate for neurodevelopment of baby. Other supplements that I have recommended from the Inessa range are Advanced Omega 3 and Inessa Magnesium.”

FAQs
When it comes to your fertility, knowledge is power. Here’s a few of our most frequently asked questions. Don’t see your question in this list? Drop us a line!
Does this contain the amount of folic acid that’s recommended in the UK for pregnancy?
Yes it does, and we also use folate in its superior, methylated form. Many women aren’t able to metabolise their synthetic folic acid supplements into usable folate very well, which may impact their pregnancy. The L-5-MTHF form we use is molecularly identical to the natural form we derive from plant foods. It’s much easier for all women to use and so reduces any risks associated with poor conversion.
I already eat a balanced diet. Do I need a fertility supplement?
A healthy diet is the most important source of absorbable nutrients (as well as things like protein and fibre) and as such it should always be your number one priority. But with today’s on-the-go lifestyles, not to mention the stress of trying to conceive, it’s not always possible to eat optimally every day. It’s also worth noting that it’s more tricky to get enough nutrients like CoQ10, choline, folate and iron solely from our diets. Supplements can supply extra nutrients specifically tailored to support the needs of conception, so you know there won’t be any gaps in your nutrition.
How do I take the products in my fertility bundle?
For the Pregnancy Multinutrient, take two capsules a day, with food. For the Advanced Omega 3, take one to three capsules per day with a cold or room temperature beverage, ideally with food. Reduce this to one capsule a day should you get pregnant. If you’ve decided to take Advanced Daily Biotic, take one capsule before food, while for the Magnesium our suggested dose is one capsule a day, taken at any time with food.
Why might I need to take additional magnesium or a biotic alongside my fertility bundle?
Our fertility bundle allows you to add our Magnesium or Advanced Daily Biotic. But why?
We recommend magnesium as it is critical to cellular function, energy production, hormone metabolism, blood sugar control and nerve transmission. It regulates progesterone and is involved in stress response. Requirements increase in pregnancy, and many of us can be deficient thanks to modern food processing, soil depletion and things like stress or a poor diet.
We also recommend taking Advanced Daily Biotic if gut health is a concern. As the bacteria that reside in your gut determine your whole body health overall, ensuring the good guys thrive is a way to optimise your overall health (alongside a diet high in fibre from vegetables, fruits, lentils, beans and pulses). The strain we use, LGG, may also prevent and reduce the frequency of urinary tract infections, which is important considering that the health of the vaginal microbiome is crucial for providing the right environment for sperm to survive.
Our LGG product is safe to take during pregnancy, and can be used alongside our Omega 3 fish oil and Pregnancy Multinutrient. If you have a genetic predisposition to eczema or allergies, then taking this strain of probiotic can also reduce instances of eczema or allergy in your unborn baby.
How can I be sure Inessa Advanced Omega 3 fish oil is free from toxins and contaminants?
Our fish oil has been independently tested and certified to be free of any toxic substances. A unique and patented purification process ensures that contaminants such as heavy metals and environmental chemicals are significantly lower than the maximum levels set by the GOED Monograph or EU standards for fish oil products. This ensures exceptional freshness and purity that surpasses industry standards.
Are the fish in the Advanced Omega 3 fish oil sustainably caught?
Yes, and the oil has Friends Of The Sea certification to prove it! Our fish oil is ethically sourced and environmentally sustainable and is sourced from well-managed fisheries.
Do you use Omega 3 fish oil in its natural triglyceride (TG) form?
Yes we do, because we believe it’s easier for the body to absorb and utilise, at least in the short term. When fish oil is concentrated and purified, its natural triglycerides are converted into a synthetic substance called ethyl ester (EE). Most supplement companies leave it in this form, but we go the extra step of converting the fish oil back into natural triglycerides, the way they occur in whole foods.
To do so is more costly, but we do this because your liver must first filter out the ethyl alcohol before it can get to work on the fatty acids, meaning it can be harder to absorb.
However it’s worth mentioning (and because we believe in transparency) that while the TG form of Omega 3 is superior in the short term, results from comparative studies, in general, suggest that absorption of Omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA from TG or from EE are similar over time when fish oil is routinely supplemented..
When should I start taking my fertility bundle?
As soon as possible, particularly if egg quality is a particular concern. Your eggs develop 90 days before they are released, so supplementing at least three months before conception will ensure your body has key nutrients during this phase.
