information about your computer and about your visits to and use of our site (including your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views, and website navigation);
information relating to any transactions carried out between you and us on or in relation to our site, including information relating to any purchases you make on our site
information that you provide to us for the purpose of registering with us;
information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our website services, email notifications and/or newsletters;
any other information that you choose to send to us.

2. Cookies

A cookie consists of a piece of text sent by a web server to a web browser, and stored by the browser. The information is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. This enables the web server to identify and track the web browser.

We may use cookies to support the idea of a “session”. This allows us to recognise you from one page request to another. This is an extremely common use of cookies. No personal information is retained in the cookie. Sites that require you to login and which provide you with an account, almost always need to use cookies in this way. We endeavour to keep pace with developments in security and privacy and will offer alternative means of achieving the same outcome but with less intrusive means where reasonable.

Session cookies will ordinarily be deleted from your computer when you close your browser note that the cookies may survive the closure of a browser tab and deletion of cookies is to some extent controlled by browser settings. The cookie that we use when you ask us to remember your login will remain stored on your computer until it is deleted by you.

We may use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our site. Google Analytics generates statistical and other information about website use by means of cookies, which are stored on users' computers. The information generated relating to our site is used to create reports about the use of our site. Google will store this information. Google's privacy policy is available at: http://www.google.com/privacypolicy.html.

All our site financial transactions are handled through our payment service provider Shopify (Powered by Stripe). We will share information with a payment service provider only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website and dealing with queries relating to such payments.

You can view the privacy policy for Shopify (Powered by Stripe) here: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy

From time to time we will use other trusted third party services to enable the service which may use cookies for other reasons; these may include, but are not restricted to, YouTube (our online video service provider), Twitter (social media service provider), Instagram (social media provider) and Facebook (social media service provider). We are not responsible for any content or cookies served by these third parties. If you wish to understand how these third party services treat your personal data, you should refer to the individual Privacy Policy on their website.

Most browsers allow you to reject all cookies, whilst some browsers allow you to reject just third party cookies. For example, in Internet Explorer you can refuse all cookies by clicking “Tools”, “Internet Options”, “Privacy”, and selecting “Block all cookies” using the sliding selector. Blocking all cookies will, however, have a negative impact upon the usability of many websites, and will mean that you cannot take advantage of some of our website’s features.

When we send out our newsletters, we'll sometimes track who opened the emails and who clicked the links. We do that to measure our newsletter’s performance and to improve our features for specific groups of customers. To do this, we use mail providers who include single pixel gifs, also called web beacons, in emails sent from us or on our behalf. Web beacons allow us or our mail providers to collect information about when you open the email, your IP address, your browser or email client type, and other similar details, which we use to improve our services.
