Inessa Advanced Biotic Complex

I have struggled over the years to find anything that would help my IBS and mine is almost daily symptoms and can often be crippling. Being constantly bloated and unimaginable painful cramps almost daily is unbearable, to the point that I sometime dread the idea of eating for fear of the pain that is about to ensue. I have tried so many different things from prescribed options, to food products with cultures in them, to different probiotic tablet options, to diet changes, to fibre tablets, even been put on anti-depressants as a form of pain management (not for depression) and I haven't been able to find just one that helps. I can't say whether these little pills are the whole reason that my symptoms have eased but combined with an adjusted diet (monitoring FODMAP intake - goodbye onions and garlic and about a hundred gazillion other things), drinking more water (anyone else find it hard to drink nearly 2 ltrs a day or is it just me), adding Linseeds to food (may as well become a bird) and eating 2 Kiwi's a day (and some other tips and hints from the dietician), these little gut friendly pills seem to be playing a significant part in helping my symptoms. They do take time to kick in so don't expect miracles from day 1 (or even week 1) but nearly 4 weeks in and something seems to be changing for the better. I really hope these are the answer to my IBS nightmare. Thank you Inessa for these IBS friendly magic pills - I think you are my key to a hopefully an IBS improved life.

I was struggling with a serious flare up I could hardly eat anything without being super bloated and in pain. Then this was recommended to me. My initial thoughts were, ok let's give this one a go and see if it's any better than the last 5 products you took. After taking the tablets daily for 3 month I noticed that the pain was gone and the bloating barley noticeable! Due to my illness I'll probably always be dealing with some sort of bloating but this supplement helped tremendously! Only supplement that works for me. Give it a try and see for yourself.

This supplement seems to have got my gut back on track after a few weeks of IBS flaring up. Taking them with water about an hour before getting up seems to work best for me as opposed to having them with breakfast. Things are somewhat noisier now but back on track nonetheless. I’ve also noticed any digestive upset seems to resolve itself much quicker with these and is contained to a single day rather than dragging on like things used to. As much as the cheaper product is also attractive, being just the one strain, I’ll be sticking on these for a while.

My painful bloating symptoms occurred after almost every meal but since I started taking these, I have noticed a HUGE difference and it's only been a week or so. Less bloating, more regular bowel movement and just overall relief. It's helped so much I am putting my private consultation with a gastroenterologist on hold until further notice. Came back to see what other health benefits Inessa can offer me!

I have had bowel problems for about 4 years. Diets and various medications have not been helpful. I saw reviews of Inessa's Advanced Biotic complex, and spoke to an Inessa nutritionist, who gave me helpful advice, but indicated that the effects of ABC might take 3 months or more. I have taken them for 2 months with only a slight improvement but I am still hopeful for a more lasting effect.
