I was struggling with a serious flare up I could hardly eat anything without being super bloated and in pain. Then this was recommended to me. My initial thoughts were, ok let's give this one a go and see if it's any better than the last 5 products you took. After taking the tablets daily for 3 month I noticed that the pain was gone and the bloating barley noticeable! Due to my illness I'll probably always be dealing with some sort of bloating but this supplement helped tremendously! Only supplement that works for me. Give it a try and see for yourself.
This supplement seems to have got my gut back on track after a few weeks of IBS flaring up. Taking them with water about an hour before getting up seems to work best for me as opposed to having them with breakfast. Things are somewhat noisier now but back on track nonetheless. I’ve also noticed any digestive upset seems to resolve itself much quicker with these and is contained to a single day rather than dragging on like things used to. As much as the cheaper product is also attractive, being just the one strain, I’ll be sticking on these for a while.
My painful bloating symptoms occurred after almost every meal but since I started taking these, I have noticed a HUGE difference and it's only been a week or so. Less bloating, more regular bowel movement and just overall relief. It's helped so much I am putting my private consultation with a gastroenterologist on hold until further notice. Came back to see what other health benefits Inessa can offer me!
These pills have made a big difference in my IBS symptoms, they really help reduce the impact of more risky foods (eg gluten) which makes my life so much easier. Love them!
I’ve subscribed for the last year, and it’s really helped me! Stopped most of my flare ups, enabled me to eat more freely. Thanks!
Consult your doctor before use. Some (but not all) patients who are immunocompromised may lack the ability to mount an appropriate response to new bacteria in the gut, which may lead to serious complications.
When you’ve got a specific gut health requirement, finding the right blend of probiotics can involve a lot of guesswork. You may even have to take multiple products to get exactly you need.
The reason for that is simple. Other supplements may mix bacteria with excellent evidence for use with cheaper strains, or they provide a lower dose of bacteria per capsule.
But Inessa Advanced Biotic Complex is different. With 50 billion live organisms per dose, this comprehensive formula contains only the strains of good bacteria that show clinical evidence in benefitting a number of digestive concerns.
It’s also the world’s first multistrain probiotic complex to contain a full therapeutic dose of saccharomyces boulardii organisms. This non-pathogenic probiotic yeast is known to help prevent and manage antibiotic-associated and travellers’ diarrhoea.
Optimal health and wellness? It starts with your gut. This overlooked organ has a huge impact on everything from your immune system to your heart health and even your mood. It’s all thanks to the trillions of bacteria that live there, aiding your digestion and helping to prevent disease.
But everything from your age to your diet and lifestyle can cause the number of good bacteria in your body to dwindle. Taking probiotics may help restore the levels of friendly bacteria in your body. But if you have a specific gut health condition, you may need some extra support.
Give your gut an extra helping hand with a high strength probiotic supplement such as Inessa Advanced Biotic Complex. A blend of some of the most well-researched strains of friendly bacteria in the world, plus a full dose of soothing saccharomyces boulardii organisms, it’s designed for your optimal health and wellness. No guesswork. No need for multiple products.
“As both a Nutritional Therapist and an IBD patient myself, I knew how challenging it was to find an effective solution to specific gut health requirements. I found clients had to combine supplements to get what they needed, which was time-consuming and expensive.
I wanted to ensure our probiotic blend included only strains with clinical evidence to support their use. And we were the first company to combine friendly bacteria with an effective dose of saccharomyces boulardii organisms, something I’m really proud of.”
Yes it is, and it’s free of all major allergens.
Yes, and we’ve gone the extra mile to register it with the Vegan Society.
All the live organisms are in a delayed-release capsule, which not only ensures they survive the acid in your gastro-intestinal tract, but also improves their stability. This means they don’t need to be refrigerated, unless you’re in exceptionally hot conditions.
Although it can be taken by those looking to support general gut health, it’s been designed for specific gut health requirements and as such it’s pretty powerful. For general gut support, try our Advanced Daily Biotic.
While the probiotics it contains are well-tolerated, if you’re generally healthy and eat a nutritious, varied diet, it’s not usually necessary to use live bacteria products on an ongoing basis. We advise supplementing with Inessa Advanced Biotic Complex only at times you need it most, such as when you’re travelling abroad, during or after a course of antibiotics or if you’re recovering from a bug, for example. However, if you have a specific, chronic gut issue such as IBS or IBD, you may benefit from all-year use.
Take one capsule per day or as advised by a healthcare professional. Probiotics are best taken before breakfast, with a cold or room temperature beverage, as live bacteria may be damaged by heat. Although you should take the capsule with a cool beverage, there is no issue with having a hot drink afterwards. If you forget to take it earlier in the day, you can have it with other meals, though we don’t advise taking it after a meal.
Probiotics are deemed safe for most people, but if you are immunocompromised or taking certain types of immunosuppressant medication, you should always check with your doctor first. If you take other types of medication, always check with your doctor or the information leaflet with your medicine(s) for contraindications.
