Had an amazing experience with this team and I’m thankful and blown away by Ana!
I only received an empty envelope for my first order and tracking number confirmed that the order was delivered.
I contacted Inessa on a social media platform after working hours just to see if they would reply, to utmost surprise and within minutes Ana responded with an apology and promised to send me the order and the tracking number for with she did the next day as promised.
I have been living in the UK for nearly 40 years now and I have never experienced such an amazing service. I have started taking my Inessa Magnasium and have subscribed. I’m indeed chuffed that there are still some companies that have respect for their customers and Inessa is one of them. Thank you✨

Excellent as you say it does what it says on the tin

I’ve been taking this biotic for a few years now as I had problems to regulate my BMs in the past. Since I’ve been taking them my BMs are regulars and I don’t have any pain.
